About Thriive

Why Thriive exists. Built by a parent navigating neurodivergence, for families who deserve better tools than spreadsheets and guesswork.

Why I built this

Connor Pierce, Founder of Thriive.

I'm Connor, and I built Thriive as a solo founder because I genuinely believe it can change things for families like the one I grew up in.

I grew up neurodivergent and didn't know it. At school I was creative, energetic, full of ideas. At home I was a nightmare, always causing trouble. The two versions of me never quite made sense to anyone, including me.

Looking back, I just needed the right support. When I eventually understood myself better, everything changed. I built Thriive because every neurodivergent child deserves that, and every parent deserves the tools to help make it happen.

What Thriive helps you do

Thriive is built around the things parents actually need, so you can advocate with confidence.

Who it's for

I built Thriive for parents and carers of children with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing differences, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Tourette's/Tics. Thriive is available in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Europe, and beyond.

Where we're going

The goal is one million families supported. Not just through the app, but through schools, coaches, and clinical professionals who work with these families every day. We're building the partnerships and the tools to make that possible. We're just getting started.
